We recommend contacting your local Southwest Air Cargo to confirm their cooler/refrigerated service is working (things break). This service is paid COD by the consignee (that’s you). Fresh… To keep our mushrooms fresh they should be stored in a refrigerator/ cooler in paper or cardboard. Plastic is not recommended. Refrigeration is required in a cooler at a temperature range of 33-41F (1-5C).
