Upon placing an order an invoice will be sent to you via email which can be paid via card/bank transfer. Once the payment is received the sale is final and there will be no refunds. That said, if for some reason you do not need the blocks you paid for we will attempt to sell them to another customer, time permitting. If we can sell them to another customer we will, but only refund 75% of the total invoice.
